Legion of Mary

Description:		The Legion of Mary is an Apostalate--it is a very special calling from Our Blessed Mother.
Purpose:		More information to be added here later.
Who are we?		Regular attendance at the weekly meeting is one of the requirements for being an active legionary. In addition to the weekly meetings, two hours of active legion work is required. The work consists of census calls, welcoming calls, bereaved calls, visiting lapsed Catholics in the parish, visiting the sick in the parish and nursing homes, and checking on our Auxiliary members. The group has Auxiliary members who pray the Rosary and the Legion prayers each day and they are known as "Our Praying Army".
Events/Meetings:		The group meets weekly for one hour at 1:00 PM on Mondays in the parish office.
