Aiding Catholic Education (ACE) Program

Our parish has a fantastic and convenient way to raise money in the ACE (Aiding Catholic Education) program. The program works when you buy ACE cards/certificates, then use them for everyday needs, such as groceries, auto services, and restaurants. Each establishment gives back a percentage of the ACE amount to Saint Stephen's. Buying and using an ACE provides a big benefit to the parish! The ACEs work just like a gift card.

Three Ways to Use the ACE Program

There are three methods you can use to purchase the ACE cards:

Online ordering with payment via PayPal
Pre-order by filling out a paper form and delivering it to the parish office
At weekend Masses or by stopping into the Parish Office (see below)

Method 1 - Online Ordering

Online ordering uses the PayPal web site to complete your financial transaction. When your order is ready, you will be notified by the parish office.

Method 2 - Pre-Order with Paper Form

This form is in Adobe Acrobat file format. If you need help using an Adobe file, please click here.

Download the 'A.C.E. = Aid Catholic Education' form here.
Print out the form, then fill in your selections. Be sure to include your phone number.
Return the completed form with payment to the Parish Office or clearly mark it and drop it in the collection at Mass.
You will be contacted in approximately a week when your order has arrived. Pick up your order at the Parish Office.

Method 3 - At Masses or the Parish Office

One of the easiest ways to get your ACE cards is to simply stop by the back of church after weekend Masses or stop by the Parish Office during office hours. You can place a new order for pick up later in the week or buy some of our most popular ACE cards that we regularly carry in stock.

Orders placed either at weekend Masses or by Friday through the Parish Office are usually available by the following Thursday.

What Happened to Together We're Better (TWB)?

The ACE cards/certificates program is the same as the Together We're Better (TWB) program, just with a different name! The TWB program was renamed ACE in November of 2006.

What Happened to the Schnucks Cards?

Schnucks ACE cards are no longer available for purchase through the parish office. However, if you were a parishioner of St. Stephen Protomartyr as of November, 2006, you should have received a Schnucks E-scrip card in the mail, along with directions on how to use it.

Here is more information about the Schnucks E-scrip card:

Use your Schnucks E-scrip card every time you shop at Schnucks. We receive a percentage of the total monthly sales from each individual E-scrip card used, with $999 being the maximum in monthly individual sales.
Schnucks gift cards are no longer sold here at the parish. If you want to give someone a gift card, you may purchase it at Schnucks. Remember to give your E-scrip to the cashier before you check out, because you will earn a credit for our school.
Note: Even though you can use your E-scrip card in the Self Checkout lane, you must give your card to the attendant before you begin the transaction.
